A semi-automatic multi-jet ampoule washing machine is a specialized piece of equipment widely employed in the pharmaceutical industry to ensure the cleanliness and sterility of ampoules before they are filled with pharmaceutical solutions. This machine is designed to accommodate multiple ampoules simultaneously, utilizing a multi-jet washing system for efficient and thorough cleaning. The semi-automatic nature allows for manual loading and unloading of ampoules while benefiting from automated washing processes. The machine typically incorporates a series of jets that direct high-pressure cleaning agents, such as purified water or cleaning solutions, to remove contaminants from both the exterior and interior surfaces of the ampoules. This meticulous cleaning process is essential to meeting stringent quality and safety standards in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preventing contamination and ensuring the integrity of the final product. The semi-automatic multi-jet ampoule washing machine contributes to the overall efficiency of the pharmaceutical production line by preparing ampoules for subsequent sterilization and filling processes.
Operation
The dump loading procedure may be used if the ampoules or valves are ready to dump into boxes, which will have exactly the same number of ampoules or valves and pitch as the loading tray. Alternatively, each ampoule or vessel has to be arranged in the tray. The loading trays are placed directly into the machine, and the handle bar is lowered for automatic centering of washing needles into the ampoules or valves. The top cover is also lower, and the switch is operated for automatic sequential washing both inside & outside of each individual ampoule or valve. The machine will automatically stop after one complete cycle, & for the removal of the tray, a reverse procedure is to be observed.
