Working Principle of Ampoule Sticker Labeling Machine
Use the in-feed tray to feed vials or ampoules which are forwarded to the machine’s conveyor that demonstrates rotary movement to transfer vials to the labeling station where all the ampoules are positioned accurately with proper spacing. There is a unique rotary mechanizing roller spacing device that takes care of wrap-around operation. If you choose to have batch printing device with the ampoule sticker labeling machine line, you can easily have batch number and other necessary information printed on the label. When the labeled container moves on the rubber pressing belt, the rubber pad provided in the machine affixes the label perfectly onto the container. Duly labeled ampoules get collected onto exit collection tray of machine.
