Operation
The incoming dry Vial (sterilized and siliconized) is fed through the unscrambler and suitably guided on the moving delrin slat conveyor belt at the required speed of the correct placement below the filling unit. The filling unit consists of a filling head, Syringes & nozzles, which are used for liquid filling. The syringes are made of SS 316 construction, and both glass and SS syringes can be used. A star wheel is provided, which holds the vial during the filling operation. A sensor is provided. On the same station, the Filled Vial picks up the rubber stopper from the vibratory bowl with the help of the Delivery Suite and places the stopper on the Vial using the roller pressure. The Vial is moving for the next operation.
