Operation
Duly stoppered vials are continuously fed from the conveyor of the filling machine to the flat conveyor belt of the sealing machine and move further through the infeed worm for correct spacing before being transferred to the infeed star wheel. Aluminium caps kept in the vibratory bowl automatically orient caps in the right direction before entering the delivery chute. Vial, during its rotation movement with the Infeed Star Wheel, picks up the Aluminium seal from the retaining finger of the delivery chute and correctly positions the vial before entering the sealing turret. Vial now moves on the spring loaded sealing platform, where free spinning sealing rollers move gradually inside to complete the sealing operation during the rotational movement of the sealing platform turret. Now sealed vials are transferred to the exit Star Wheel pocket and further move out onto the flat conveyor belt. Duly sealed vials are collected on an out-feed collection tray.
